Wow! This smile belongs to a 60 year old male. He wanted a smile improvement and no longer wanted to have to wear a denture. He wanted to be able to eat properly without fear of losing his denture in his food.
Three dental implants were placed, then a single tooth porcelain/zirconia crown and a four-tooth implant bridge. An additional crown was placed on the upper left canine. To finish off, some white fillings were done on other teeth.
The time frame to completion was nine months. Pink porcelain was used in parts to mimic large amounts of lost gum due to years without any teeth.
The patient is thrilled. He now smiles confidently, and can eat apples, steaks and sandwiches without difficulty. It has been life-changing.
