Many years ago, Dr Wells was a regular speaker, presenter and writer at various dental seminars. Finding that he had little time to pursue his personal interests amid establishing a quality dental practice, as well as keeping up with current trends in the dental industry, he made the decision to pull back on these commitments.
Last Friday, after a long break and after careful consideration , Dr Wells returned to presenting, when he was asked to be a guest speaker for the Australasian Society of Implant Dentistry. He presented to team members (auxiliary staff) of various Australian dental practices for the Dental Auxiliaries Certification Course and his topic for the afternoon was Building the Implant Team. Communication Skills, Treatment Sequencing and Implant Planning.
By all accounts, he was a great success and was asked to present again at the next conference, but this time to the dentists themselves. It was felt that he had invaluable information that was presented in a different, fun and enthusiastic manner, and that what he had to offer was unique in the dental industry.
John took along two of his own team members who passed their accreditation and they were personally invited to attend a small function following the conference. John was very proud of both Hannah and Julianne on the way they presented themselves and on the way they participated throughout the day.
Congratulations John on a job well done, and congratulations to Hannah and Julianne on their accreditation.
