The All-on-4 treatment concept was developed as a solution for those patients who have lost all of their teeth. It replaces missing teeth with a full dental bridge using only four dental implants into each jaw. Using less implants, the overall treatment time is reduced, whilst also ensuring greater stability in the bone and reducing the need for bone graft surgery to increase bone volume.
Typically, a temporary provisional prosthesis is placed onto the implants the same day or the following day after treatment by the dentist. The provisional teeth look and feel much like natural teeth, and you can lead a normal life immediately following surgery. After a few weeks of healing time, a final bridge will be placed.

- You have the choice between a fixed or a removable appliance
- This special implant is anchored at an angle, offering improved support and stability for your replacement arch.
You can chose a final prosthetic solution that is best for you, such as a fixed implant supported bridge or the ultimate solution, the Davis Bridge (offers the highest durability and chewing function, but cannot be removed), or a removable bridge on implants or implant bar options (can be removed by you for easy cleaning).
Please note that any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Before proceeding, you should seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner.
