This gentleman had severely worn and rotated upper front teeth. The grinding and teeth wear pattern had badly abraded the tooth structure as they were really a long way out of alignment and terribly rotated. The tooth colour was very dark and there were many spaces between teeth.
6 porcelain/zirconia crowns realigned the teeth to a more pleasing result. The colour was lightened and the gaps closed. An addition to the smile of an additional 2 side teeth is planned for another year or so. This will make the smile broader and blend the colour further to the back teeth.
A very nice result, created by Dr John Wells, and life changing for our patient, who does now actually dare to smile!!
